These terms describe the Emberfort development preview. Please also read the privacy policy.
Current availability
Emberfort is a fortress building and combat game. Features, balance and data formats may change during the preview. Store distribution, online matches and purchases are provided only when identified as available in the game and public information. A feature marked as in development does not guarantee availability or data migration.
Your account
Use an email or authentication service you are authorized to use and keep your credentials secure. Do not impersonate anyone or try to access another person's account. The account holder can delete their account in the app.
Resources and purchases
Purchases are not enabled yet. Preview currency and items are for use within the game; we do not offer cash conversion or trading between players. Local resources and online purchase balances are managed separately. Before future purchases, we will display the price, content, payment method and applicable conditions.
Fair use
Do not use false purchase evidence, altered results or other people's credentials to obtain rewards or access. Attacks on the service, harassment and names or content that infringe others' rights are not permitted. Report problems through support.
Content and licenses
The brand, characters, text, code, images and audio are subject to their owners' rights and applicable licenses. Emberfort is an independent project. Its presentation does not indicate a partnership with the operators of other games.
Availability, deletion and support
Errors or maintenance may interrupt features. The deletion page describes the steps and data covered. These terms do not remove rights granted by applicable law. Contact us to report problems or ask questions.
